Returns

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have already begun and cancellations may not be possible.

Custom Orders

All custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Issues

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
